Little Moments is a calm and nurturing class blending music, gentle movement and sensory experiences for you and your baby to enjoy together.

​

Through song & sound, baby movement,  and carefully chosen sensory play, your baby is encouraged to explore and develop at their own pace, while enjoying precious moments of connection with you.

​

Each experience is thoughtfully created to support your baby’s developing brain, early communication and sensory awareness, using repetition, rhythm, movement and play in a gentle, age-appropriate way.

​

We also celebrate the seasons, special festivals and the world around us, creating meaningful sensory experiences, little keepsakes and lovely memories to treasure together.

​

The class is intentionally relaxed and gentle, with time to slow down, cuddle, play and simply be together.

Parent wellbeing is at the heart of Little Moments too, with calming, mindful moments woven into each session to help you feel supported, valued and connected.

With over 20 years’ experience in early years, I gently incorporate learning and development into every class, while keeping the atmosphere warm, welcoming and baby-led.

Suitable for babies from 4 weeks to 14 months.
