KIDSOLOGY TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Payment & Booking

Booking and payment is via our "Bookings" page , please ensure you read & agree to all terms & conditions, in particular in relation to COVID19 policies before you book your class.

Please be aware that at the moment you are booking a class in a pandemic.

 

Confirmation of your place (once payment has been made in full) will then be sent  from Kidsology via email.

Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date as this is our primary method of communication.

COVID 19

Please ensure you read & agree to policies as stated on class 4 kids before booking a class.

 

 

Facemasks must be worn whilst entering and exiting the venue & whilst moving around, these can be removed once seated.

 

Social distancing  is required at all times in line with Government regulations.

​

If you or your baby feel unwell with any COVID 19 symptoms and or have a temperature you must not attend class.

​

If you have been in contact with a person who has contracted COVID 19 you must self isolate and must not attend class

Please follow Government guidelines.

​

If you develop  COVID 19 related symptoms within 48 hours of a attending class & are tested positive you must contact me & I will then contact all relevant individuals.

​

Please only bring into class necessary belongings, any car seats / coats are to be left outside the room or in my larger venues can be placed behind you, please note we cannot accommodate prams at the present time.

Class Cancellation Policy : COVID 19

​

If classes need to be cancelled due to a local or national lockdown or self isolation is required by myself, all classes will transfer online for the remainder of the term or until it is deemed safe to return by Kidsology.

​

This is at the discretion of Kidsology.

 

Please note classes are non-refundable.

​

Holidays and Sickness Policy:

 

Regrettably we cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover your booked holidays or sickness due to the need to ensure continuity of service.

​

Class Cancellation Policy: Weather/illness

Kidsology will endeavour to run classes, however, in the event of staff illness or adverse weather conditions a catch up class will be offered or class time may be extended over the remaining term time.

This is at the discretion of Kidsology.

 

Kidsology will endeavour to update parents through Facebook or by email (please ensure all contact details are kept up to date.)

 

General Cancellation of Course

You may cancel a term / course providing you inform Kidsology in writing within 7 days before the course commences. Please note there will be an administration charge of £7 or any changes made.

Please note this does not apply to any classes that are currently booked whilst we are in a pandemic

Bullying

Supervision of your child is necessary at all times & Kidsology operates a zero tolerance policy to bullying.

If a parent behaves in a way that we  feel is unreasonable either in person , via any communication methods or via social media then the company reserves the rights to withdraw the provision of classes to the client.

A refund will not be issued.

Data Protection

The information given on class 4 kids & our forms contains personal data.

Kidsology  will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed onto a third party.

 

Videos, Photographs and Confidentiality

We love you taking pictures or videos of your children during the class provided it doesn’t interfere with the class. In addition, please always be sensitive of taking pictures of others without their permission. If you are asked to stop, please do respect the rights of others.

We will not take any photographs without parental consent.

Protection of property

Please note that your property left in prams or bags is your responsibility and not the responsibility of Kidsology or the venue.

 

Health & Safety and Hygiene Policies:

Kidsology  follows rigorous internal checks of venues and its own equipment to ensure that they are clean and safe.

Risk Assessments are conducted daily to ensure all equipment is safe to use, if you have purchased a sensory /musical bag of resources it is your responsibility to ensure that these are cleaned and checked regularly for any wear & tear. 

 

All class resources & sensory resources provided by Kidsology are to be used with parental supervision at all times & babies are not to be left unattended. 

 

Kidsology  asks all parents and carers to remove their shoes while in class in order to reduce the chance of transmission of microorganisms.

 

Changes to our Terms and Conditions

Kidsology  from time to time may need to update or change these T&Cs, we will endeavour to keep you updated of any changes.

 

Kidsology  Terms and Conditions are aimed to offer and present a fair structure to all who attend.

 

Please note participation of Kidsology class is entirely at your own risk without any prejudice.
